24 Year old singer/songwriter, Rachel Foxx, is a fast rising light emerging from the UK Soul and R&B scene. In her short career the East London native has supported the likes of Lauryn Hill, Kelis and Joey Badass, and performed alongside Toddla T on BBC Piano Sessions with Huw Stephens. Her COLORS show session has racked up over 900k+ views and culminated in a sold out headline show at Camden Assembly last year.
With influences ranging from Erykah Badu, Sade & Jill Scott her own distinctively rich vocals has begun to boast celebrity fans in the shape of Snoop Dogg, Diplo and Elton John.
Off the back of her critically acclaimed EP ‘FLAME’, Rachel now returns with the infectiously smooth ‘Is It Me?’. Psychedelic pulsating electronic vibes with visuals to match, channelling a retro visual which feels like an ode to Tron at times (geeky reference…but you’ll know what I mean).
She’s teaming up with the good peeps at iluvlive to bring us another headline show at London’s Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on Oct 28th, so make sure you take in the vibes below and grab yourselves a ticket.
