Croydon is an area that’s fast becoming a musical birthing ground for greatness. The UK’s budding seen is awash with peeps who’ve hailed from the area, from the likes Nadia Rose, Krept & Konan, Raye & recent Glasonbury headliner Stormzy to name but a few. Tough acts to follow, but exciting and fast-rising singer/songwriter/rapper, Arielle, has a place on the roll call firmly in her sights.
Her new single, “Flexxy” is a fun filled display of witty delivery. Produced by Nastylgia (Not3s, Headie One, Nadia Rose) it comes in the wake of recent support from BBC 1Xtra, Pulse88 Radio, The Beat London and the like and the Chalky Visuals directed video matches the upbeat mood.
