It’s been a minute since we’ve seen a body of work from London based singer/songwriter, Kadija Kamara, however she’s not been in total hiding.
If you frequent the capital’s live music scene you may have witnessed her handy work curating LADY, showcasing leading female musicians or bands in the underground and commercial music scene. The successful night culminated in it’s very own Festival at Pop Brixton on 15th Oct, last year.
Beyond that she’s been taking on the task of penning tracks for herself and others. One such track, Joan Thiele‘s Polite which Kadija co-wrote, is currently doing the rounds in the latest ad campaign for fashion powerhouse, Fendi.
Not one to rest on her laurels though she’s recently released brand new EP, Nothing Left to Lose, which boasts 4 new tracks from the soulful singer.
