J Warner – “Chill Case” feat. Wretch 32

By February 26, 2015July 13th, 2017No Comments

Here’s a track that’s been picking up speed across the internet in recent weeks. Recently released from J Warner, who some might recognise as a songwriter for the likes of Tinie Tempah, Sasha Keable and even JLS. Having those critical stripes under his belt J’s now ready to embark on further solo material, and has unveiled “Chill Case” as the front running track from his forthcoming EP ‘Est. 1990’.

It’s always good to see when artists aren’t afraid to deal with difficult or sensitive issues through their art and here’s a brilliant case of taking an relatively ugly subject and creating something beautiful and challenging with it.

With UK heavy-weight Wretch 32 lending a verse to the already strong track, Disturbing London affiliated J Warner (sidebar: it’s also great to hear some of the new material from names connected to the camp) looks set to make his mark as one of this years great emergences.

Check out the track below and let us know your thoughts.
