So, here we are again talking all things Little Simz. It wasn’t too long ago we were commenting on her debut EP effort “E.D.G.E.”, roll on a few short weeks and she adds another one to the mix…just for the sake of it?? In her own words:
“So the whole point of doing this mini-EP was basically… there is no point.
I feel like when you always try and justify something or there always has to be a purpose to something, it kinda loses everything.
Sometimes I like to be spontaneous, sometimes I like to do things out of the extraordinary, sometimes I don’t like to think about what I do and I just like to do it. I simply just cant get enough of making music, I can’t get enough of putting out music and just giving my friends something new.
And that my friends is us well and truly told. Check out the new E.P below from the young lady breaking down barriers in the scene. Having just been announced as the only non American/Canadian rapper to make Complex Magazine’s ‘Top 25 rappers you need to watch out for’ you’d be a fool to ignore her.
